OPPO, a leading Chinese mobile brand, aimed to boost product awareness and drive sales for their new phone in the Spanish market through multi-channel advertising, with a focus on Facebook ads. I led the Facebook conversion ads strategy.

Process

Following the media plan, I crafted targeted audiences based on device usage, age demographics, interests, and first-party data. We tested various audience segments and ad placements, deploying both conversion ads and catalog ads with both image and video creatives. Post-launch, we scaled our reach using successful audiences from our branding campaigns while experimenting with different audience combinations and creative variations.

Outcome

The Facebook ads campaign achieved an ROAS of nearly 4 in the first month, accompanied by a 25% reduction in CPA within the initial week.

Ongoing testing faced challenges from monthly promotional events change and competitive activities from both 3rd-party sales channels and other brands. However, we identified optimal placements, ad formats, and creative update timings for future campaigns.
